CANCEL / RETURNS
All parts are custom made to order and all sales are final! Customers may cancel or return their shipped items and exchange for new items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit if you are not satisfied.

All Cancellations and returns for store credit will be charged a fee of 30%

Your store credit will be applied to your customer profile account to be used on and towards your exchange or on your next purchase. All auto parts must not be used or installed and must be in the same condition! No exceptions!
Ivan Tampi Customs is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless it was our error.

Time Period Cancelation/Return Policy
For Returning Shipped Items. It must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days from UPS delivery.

 A Store Credit will be issued to the customer account once all items have been received in its original condition and approved. (Items must not be damaged, installed or used to receive store credit)

Cancellation of Non Shipped Orders. A 30% Cancellation Fee will be applied. A Store Credit less the fees will be issued at our discretion. We do not issue refunds! (Some restrictions apply).

Oversized

Oversize fees are noted on the product listing. Including but
not limited to, spoilers, splitters, side skirts, any items with
initial oversize shipping fees is 30% restocking fee

Custom Items, such as Carbon fiber Overlaid items, Vicari Forged Wheels, Steering Wheels, Not eligible for return or cancellations. Final Sale and any used parts, clearance items and parts that have been installed on a vehicle are not eligible for returns!

SHIPPING
All items will be shipped using UPS Ground Service unless requested otherwise. All carriers
require a physical street address to ship to, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that all freight charges quoted are for Ground Freight Service.

We are happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods at your request. All Items
shipped on Friday Next Day Air or 2 nd or 3 rd day air will be delivered on the following Monday,
Tuesday or Wednesday. If an item is on back order, it will ship with the selected shipping service as soon as it is ready. To check if an item is in stock and ready to ship, please call our parts department on 1-855-845-8388

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant
fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will
vary. It is important that you contact Ivan Tampi Customs for shipping quotes. Shipments
outside of the Continental US may incur customs fees, Import Duties, or other Taxes depending
on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on the value of your shipment, country
limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Per regulated shipping rules, the customer is
responsible for these fees. All fees associated with customs are to be paid by the customer at the
time of delivery.

CORE CHARGES
Our exchange program is similar to when you purchase a new auto battery. We will charge you for the
item plus the core fee related to the item you are purchasing and once we receive your core item shipped
in our warehouse in perfect condition, we will refund you the core fee back to your original payment method.
You must return your undamaged core item within twelve (15) days, we will then issue you a full
core refund within twelve (15) days of receiving the product. Cores returned late (after the 15-
day period) will be charged a $40.00 (per day) late fee.

WARRANTIES
All items are limited warranted free from defects and workmanship but limited to natural characteristics of hand laid carbon fiber. Ivan Tampi Customs and the manufacturer will not honor warranty
requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or
competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only.

Our 3-piece Vicari Forged Aluminum wheels come with a “Lifetime Limited” structure and a 2 year chrome warranty, this does not cover wear and tear and accidental damages to the wheels. All wheels should be checked for any imperfections or damages before installation, in case shipping damage has
occurred. All wheels should be test fit before installation to assure proper clearance of
brake rotor, brake caliper, inner and out fender and brake cooling duct. 

Performance parts are installed at the customers risk, we are not liable for voided warranty claims from the customers auto manufacturer. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of
his or her county and state. Ivan Tampi Customs does not cover any labor on any warranty claim.
Vicari Forged Wheels are designed for street use only.  Warranty is void if used for racing.

OVERSIZED ITEMS
All items that are considered “oversized” are items that are billed from the carrier at an oversized
rate, indicating a minimum of a 30lb. package. Oversized items have an additional fee to cover
these high shipping costs, even when a “free shipping” promotion is in effect. 

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the
merchandise. Should any damage be present, immediately notify Ivan Tampi Customs so that all
the necessary steps can be taken to insure prompt replacement of any goods. Contact Ivan Tampi
Customs Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged or defective goods
before sending the item back. Ivan Tampi Customs is not responsible for any claims arising
from damage notification given after two (2) days of receipt of delivery. Damage claims may not be submitted after the part is installed. Once the item is installed, Ivan Tampi Customs
is not liable for damages or imperfections.  

SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If
you are missing any items please check to see if they have been back ordered on the invoice or
covered in the foam wrap before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has
occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (2) days of delivery to
insure a prompt replacement. Ivan Tampi Customs assumes no liability after this point.


PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal and Zelle payments. For
your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders can only be shipped
to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. Will call/pick up orders
must add 9.50% sales tax and provide a state issued ID. We accept Wire Transfers directly to our account with Bank of America, please email for wire transfer details.

ALASKA & HAWAII
All orders shipped Freight Carrier. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, Shipping rates
depend on the items being ordered and delivery address. Contact Ivan Tampi Customs for
accurate shipping quotes.

SALES TAX
All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add
the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate
is 9.50%.
